Shipping to P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses
Currently, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO military addresses.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii
For deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii, select Two Day or Next Day air services for expedited delivery.
Expedited Shipping & Order Processing Time
Need something quickly? If you place your order before 2 PM ET Monday to Friday (excluding holidays), we begin processing the same day. If you place it after 2 PM ET, we begin processing the next business day. We process all expedited orders within 1 business day, after credit card verification.
Delivery Policy
If you refuse delivery of your order, it will be returned to our distribution center and you will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. We do not require signatures for delivery.

Duties, Taxes & Shipping Charges
Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, shipment destination, and the value of the purchase. If duties and taxes are charged at checkout, they will appear as a separate line item if they are not already included in the product price. Some countries require duties and taxes to be paid upon delivery and they will be the customer’s responsibility. It will be noted at checkout for full transparency before you place order.
Itemized Shipping Costs
Your full cost quote may include the following charges:
- Duties: the amount charged by the country for an individual item
- Taxes: the Value Added Tax (VAT) charged by the country
- Freight: transportation costs incurred by the carrier
- Fuel: the additional charge incurred by the carrier to account for an increase in fuel charges (percentage of freight)
- Insurance: the amount for insuring the package
- Brokerage: the amount charged by the broker to clear customs
- Disbursement: the amount charged by the carrier to disburse the costs to the country
- Other Fee(s): the transaction fee and any additional costs that may be incurred (e.g., rural-area charges, extra fees for a particular country, etc.)

We make every attempt to minimize the potential impact of delays. However, please note that international shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures that may cause delays in delivery estimates.

RETURN SHIPPING FEE
Please note that a return shipping fee will be charged to the customer for returns. The fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
RETURN POLICY
You will receive an email confirmation once we receive your return, and you can expect your refund within 14 business days of that communication — issued in the form of the original payment. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for your account to be credited. We are unable to process exchanges for international orders.
Items Eligible for Return
Merchandise must meet our requirements for return:
- Full-price and sale items in their original condition, with all tags attached, may be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of delivery
- Final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
- Worn, altered or washed items cannot be returned or exchanged
- In-store purchases cannot be returned or exchanged at redpoppybee.com
- We reserve the right to deny a refund if returned merchandise does not meet our requirements
REFUNDS
You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Once we receive your return, we will send you an email confirmation and process your refund within 14 business days. Your bank may require additional time to post this transaction to your account. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for your account to be credited.
EXCHANGE
For your convenience, we offer free exchanges within the continental U.S within 30 days of delivery.
To start your exchange, please fill out the form above and enter your order number, email, billing zip code, and the item number of the product you wish to exchange. Once your exchange is approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label to print. Next, package your item(s) and your packing slip. Once we receive your return, we will ship the exchange item to your shipping address. Need any additional assistance, contact customerservice@redpoppybee.com.
SHIPPING ERRORS & DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Your satisfaction with your order is our top priority. In the unlikely event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace it or offer a full refund at our expense within 30 days of the purchase date. Red Poppy Bee will provide a prepaid UPS or USPS shipping label to expedite returns within the U.S. To start your return or exchange, please fill out above form. Customers using a third-party shipping service are responsible for any duties, taxes, and shipping costs that may occur. Red Poppy Bee is not liable for any damages, lost items, or packages handled by a third-party shipping service.
